Executive Outplacement Services

You should also know that we are retained by corporations to provide specialized marketing services to senior executives — typically only those earning base salaries of at least $250K. In the last few years we have been retained by AlliedSignal, Fisher Scientific, Henkel, Viacom, Shell, BFGoodrich, Mobay/Bayer, Pfizer, Time Warner, Alco-Standard, The Equitable, Contel/Executone, Booz-Allen, Tribune Broadcasting, Commercial Union, Revlon, various Johnson & Johnson divisions, General Electric, Knight Ridder, Sony, Sotheby's, Sterling Winthrop (now SmithKline Beecham), Coca-Cola Company, Joseph Seagram, Yves Rocher in France, and BAT Industries in the United Kingdom.

The senior executives we have recently marketed include the vice chairman of a Fortune 100 company, the managing director of a Swiss bank, eight divisional presidents and nine corporate vice presidents, from countries in Europe, South America, Japan and of course, the United States. In turn, they have accepted new positions in the United States, Europe and Asia. In other words, we have a global reach.

These executives choose to use our services because they know that a third of our fee is payable only after a new job has been accepted. This means our profitability depends on our success in helping clients achieve their goals/objectives.

(As an aside, it might be useful to point out that a significant number of our clients are repeat clients—those who have used our services in the past and, after four or five years, return to be remarketed into more-senior, more-responsible positions.)

"As you knew I could not relocate from Manhattan. I got three opportunities and accepted the one in New Jersey. The marketing program took 5 months. I recommend your service most highly."
— Bill K.
